提倡服務的全程化和全員化，將服務理念和服務意識貫徹到每一個員工的心中，通過專業化的售前服務，與客戶一體的售中服務，幫助客戶排除故障及解決問題的售后服務等全程服務體系，確保服務過程的完美質量，提高企業的競爭力。公司有專職的客戶服務部，另五大職能部門配合客服部，其中包括信息部、訂單部為不同的客戶解決不同的問題；客戶服務部還具備專業的知識庫和專業技術人員，可及時回答客戶的問題；
全力構造“直接反饋、同步響應、系統聯動”的客戶服務系統，各一線人員及時將客戶的問題即時傳輸給公司相關部門，各部門同時啟動支持解決程序，并在充分溝通的基礎上，第一時間制定整體解決方案，以最快的速度解決問題。
目前，公司在全國的各省市自治區均配備了專業的售后服務人員，對所有產品在全國范圍內提供售后聯保服務，讓各地用戶放心地享受到后期服務，保證將客戶意見、故障報修等情況在第一時間內反饋到公司客戶服務部。
